THE BRECKENRIDGE ROUNDABOUT

Schmidt Land Surveying was on call for construction staking at the Breckenridge S. Park Avenue roundabout for new infrastructure, concrete, asphalt and the art plaza.

SUMMIT COVE BRIDGE

The Summit Cove neighborhood was in need of a new bridge over fragile wetlands. No room for error with precast concrete!

RIVERS EDGE BRIDGE

Construction staking continues in the winter. We have help digging out Property corners.

SINGLE FAMILY HOMES CONSTRUCTION

No shortage of new homes in Summit County. Schmidt land surveying is the first on site from completing the topographic survey to staking out the new foundation.

SISTERS HUT

The “Sisters Hut” is the newest backcountry hut in the Summit Huts system located in Weber Gulch on the Northern Flank of Mount Baldy.

SMITH RANCH NEIGHBORHOOD

The Smith Ranch Neighborhood is a multi-year development to help accommodate housing for local residents and families.
